If your package was sent to the wrong address because the wrong address was on the order:
You will be responsible for the shipping fees for the package to be resent to the correct address. Please be sure to double check the address when you order.
If your package has been lost in transit:
Please contact the shipper with the tracking number to launch an investigation as soon as you realize that the package is lost & e-mail us as well.
